Please provide as much information as possible about the template, you will need us to make (Pictures you have, color scheme, images we need to make, type of audience…)

Pages:

Please provide us with as much information about the number of pages, the type of pages, the titles of pages, and the general content of each page.

Flash:

Please tell us what Flash animations, if any you will need for your web site and what perspective pages you will need them on.

Logos:

Please provide us with a description of the logo that you would like for us to create. If your business already has a logo please just type N/A in the provided space on the form page.

Special Needs:
